David Vanderlip Photography & Computer Training

In-home/in-office lessons are the best way of learning, but if that's not possible due to distance, immediacy or, say a pandemic, we can easily set up a remote session.  In that session I can see what's happening on your screen and can also take control of your mouse and keyboard.  That way I can demonstrate things or even just do things for you.

How It Works

  1. You download Splashtop SOS On-Demand Support (below).
  2. Place it on your Desktop.
  3. When we "meet," you launch Splashtop and tell me the code number given to you!
  4. That's it.

(note: a new code is generated each time, making it safe & secure.)

Here's a list of many of the things I can help you with.

Mac users will need to go through Apple's app Security & Privacy System Preferences.

Don't worry.  I can help you with that at the first connect appointment.
