In-home/in-office lessons are the best way of learning, but if that's not possible due to distance, immediacy or, say a pandemic, we can easily set up a remote session.  In that session I can see what's happening on your screen and can also take control of your mouse and keyboard.  That way I can demonstrate things or even just do things for you.

How It Works

1. You download Splashtop SOS On-Demand Support (below).
2. Place it in your Applications folder or on your Desktop.
3. When we "meet," you launch Splashtop and tell me the code number given to you!
4. That's it.

         (note: a new code is generated each time, making it safe & secure.)
