Sunset at Crater Lake National Park

Monday, July 29th, 2019, 4:00pm-9:30pm   $45

Here's a variation of the popular daytime field trip to Crater Lake, but later in the day, and yes, we'll be there to capture the stunning high-altitude sunset (and what follows) as only Crater Lake can provide. I'll be there to provide guidance and answer all your questions. You'll learn tips, techniques and how-to's, as well, along the way. (A non-shooting partner may join you.)

2019 Photography Field Trips

Waterfalls of the Umpqua

Monday, August 5th, 2019, All Day  $45

Waterfalls have always been a popular destination for photographers. But, where are the good waterfalls and how do I shoot them once I find them? This field trip will help you with both of these questions. We'll visit several different types of waterfalls and learn how to capture these challenging scenes. Plan a whole day (7am-7pm round trip) for this trip. (note: there will be a couple miles of walking/mild hiking throughout the day.)
